Doctoral candidate in the Doctor of Engineering (D.Eng.) program at The Pennsylvania State University

I am a doctoral candidate in the Doctor of Engineering (D.Eng.) program at The Pennsylvania State University. I previously completed a Master of Professional Studies in Renewable Energy and Sustainability Systems, with a concentration in Sustainability Management and Policy, through the College of Earth and Mineral Sciences in December 2024.My professional background includes entrepreneurship and international business. I have founded companies in the United States and Japan, traveled extensively for business, and work across multiple cultural and linguistic environments. My doctoral praxis focuses on a critical challenge at the intersection of technology, sustainability, and social equity: the refurbishment and redistribution of decommissioned solar photovoltaic (PV) panels. As global solar adoption accelerates, managing end-of-life panels is becoming increasingly urgent. My research is developing a scalable and economically viable model to refurbish and redeploy these panels, particularly in underserved regions such as Indonesia. This approach extends the useful life of solar technology, reduces waste, and lowers barriers to renewable energy adoption in developing markets. In addition to my research, I provide independent advisory and consulting services focused on renewable energy systems, solar lifecycle management, and sustainable energy development.Thank you for taking the time to read about my work.

I welcome inquiries from organizations, researchers, and companies working in renewable energy and sustainability.
